Jacinta Moitoso: I play high school basketball for 4 years, the best thing for conditioning was 20 minutes biking 20 minutes rowing and 20 minutes stair stepping. The stair stepping had an awesome effect on my vertical jump.It may take time to work up to 20 minutes of each so maybe 10 minutes of each. Three times a week, two is ok.If you want to run, run 20-30 minutes 2-3 days a week and push it hard. You play only as good as you practice/condition.Good Luck...Show more
