Cherry Stampka: There is no rail service currently between Calgary and Edmonton. There are plans to build a high speed train like the TGV to go between Calgary and Edmonton but it wont get started till 2010 I would say. Alberta Transportation recently purchased 9 acers in Calgary right next to the CN Rail line.You can always hop ! on a Westjet flight or get on a Red Arrow bus to get between Calgary and Edmonton until they get the train up and running....Show more
