Tana Dumoulin: They pack the toys in very tight so it requires a lot of force to pull them out. Try looking for one that is loose on top and grab it on an area that is about the same size as the claw. You won't be able to get a big stuffed animal or exactly the one you want, but these things are kind of rigged.
