Vegetarian to vegan transition?

Armanda Hertel: I was trying to transition to vegan since 4 years ago.but after a while (few weeks), i start to consume daily product again.Tried many times, failed many times. Now still thinking going to vegan. I will not give up...i believe i will success finally.

Felicitas Phildor: If eating non-vegan is a great way to transition to veganism,is drinking a great way to transition to sobriety?

Claire Billegas: No, I was vegetarian for 6 years prior to becomming vegan. I just gradually learned which plant foods have protein and B vitamins and minerals while I ate less eggs and started to replace cows milk with soy-milk. Now im a vegan bodybuilder and bench 130kg for 6 reps. My chest and arms are huge and made 100% from plant. Try and cocoa based food called "Akta-Vita" with vegan and fortified with extra things you need.Buy B vitamins supplements and try to eat rice-bubbles or some other fortified grain foods....Show more

Malissa Porth: Well try to elimin! ate lil by lil because am a vegetarian and I luv ice cream and stuff like that so it will be hard for me as well

Lourie Mcroberts: Having non-vegan foods wouldn't be transitioning at all. To transition, try eliminating some non-vegan foods a little at a time... like maybe start with eliminating cream & milk, then ice cream and another other desserts with dairy, then eliminate eggs & cheese, then honey. And don't forget to check for those foods people aren't aware aren't vegetarian or vegan... like worcestershire sauce, marshmallows.
